Refund policy
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- All returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or invoice)
- Australia Domestic order only, exclude New Zealand.
Please note: Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, items that have been opened or used cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. Be sure to include:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We'll do our best to resolve the issue quickly, either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change a product, please return the original (if eligible), and place a new order separately.
